Suggested Use

Wash hands thoroughly.
Warm the oil by placing your clean thumb over the top of the dropper to seal it, then run the glass dropper tube (with oil inside) under hot tap water until comfortably warm. Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist to make sure it’s not too hot.
Once warmed, place 1 to 5 drops into each ear and gently plug the ear with clean cotton if desired. For best support, apply to both ears – even if only one feels uncomfortable.
Use as often as needed. Store in a cool, dark place when not in use.
