We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion – for example, if a product is out of stock or if we detect suspicious activity.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (free) or Priority Mail (paid upgrade). Shipping times vary by location and method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Opened products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
