Red Clover is one of the most useful fertility-promoting herbs. It is high in vitamins and minerals, including calcium and magnesium, and has virtually every trace mineral needed by the glands.  It can help balance the alkaline/acid balance in your body, including the vagina and uterus, which makes your body more sperm friendly.

Red clover is one of the richest sources of isoflavones, which can be helpful in regulating your reproductive cycles.

Due to the blood thinning properties of Red Clover, do not drink this tea if you are taking blood-thinning medications or have heavy bleeding during menstruation.

Ingredients : Red Clover (aerial part) To Brew : The best way to make a good cup of tea is by the infusion method. Place one tea bag in a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes. Press the bag before removing to enhance the flavor. Add honey to sweeten.
