How Does FertiliTea Support Reproductive Health?

Chasteberry (Vitex) stimulates the hormones involved in ovulation and restores female hormonal balance. To Prepare FertiliTea: Use 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup water. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, and add herbal tea. It is easiest to use a Tea Ball when adding the loose tea to the water.
