L-Arginine & Nitric Oxide: FertileCM is a dietary supplement designed to promote the presence of cervical mucus by supporting the production of nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is produced naturally by the body and is important for numerous bodily functions. Among these, nitric oxide dilates blood vessels and helps promote blood flow to the uterus, ovaries, and genitals. The effect of this process includes an increase of endocervical secretions during the ovulatory phase in women.
