Where do you ship the tests from?
We ship the tests from North Carolina, USA.
How will my order be shipped and how long until I receive the tests?
Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be shipped via First Class Mail from North Carolina. The post office says it will take about 3 to 4 days for a package to reach it's destination. Sometimes it will be quicker and sometimes longer, up to 7 days depending on the quality of the postal service where you live.
US Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 days but they do not guarantee this shipping time. As of late, the post office has been reliably delivering in the 2 - 3 day time frame.
If you need quicker shipping or need your package by a specific day guaranteed, we can ship via UPS for an extra shipping fee.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Babyhopes.com / Earth's Magic Inc does accept check and money order payments. Place an order through our shopping cart, as if you were planning to pay via credit card. When you get to the payment information page, all you will need to do is choose, in the payment method box, "Mailing or Faxing Payment". Print out the page that follows and send payment, with a copy of your order, to Earth's Magic Inc at the address listed the final page. We reserve the right to hold shipping of product from check payments until the check has cleared.
Do you ship product outside the United States?
BabyHopes.com ships to foreign US Military Addresses.
Unfortunately, due to excessive problems with getting our packages through Canadian Customs in a timely manner, along with an unacceptable number of packages that never reach their destination, we are forced to stop shipping our products to Cananda. An alternative would be to have the product shipped to friends or family in the US and then have them forward the product on to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
What "return address" do you use on the package?
The return address on our packages will be Earth's Magic Inc (our parent company name).
How will my order be packaged?
Test strips are send in a white business sized security envelope in order to prevent someone being able to read the invoice. Midstream tests are send in bubble wrap envelope. There is NO identifying information on the packaging that would allow anyone to guess what the package contains.

Why are these tests so inexpensive?
Brand name tests have a huge profit margin built into the price. We buy these high quality tests in bulk and share the benefits of this with you by having much lower prices than the store bought varieties.
Do the tests expire?
Yes they do but not for over a year. Hopefully in a year's time, you will not have to buy these tests!
Do I have to order online to get these great prices?
No! You can order by mail with a check or money order ( in US funds only please! ). You can find the full details on our mail order information page.
Will my information be shared with anyone?
Definitely not! We value the fact that you have chosen to shop at BabyHopes.com and would like to build a good working relationship with you. Sharing your information with any other company would definitely defeat our goal.
