Baby Center has introduced a new text messaging service that texts you and your partner when it’s time to drop what you’re doing and try to conceive. Named the Baby Center’s Booty Caller, texts come directly to your cell phone indicating your high fertility days.

Pros: Great for busy couples who are actively trying to get pregnant. You sign up for free and forget about it until you start getting your texts.

Cons: Can’t accomodate irregular cycles. You pay all text messaging fees through your cell phone provider.
