How to Naturally Increase Estrogen

  • Vitamin C. Your body uses vitamin C for a bunch of purposes. Getting enough vitamin C helps out the immune system as well as your adrenal glands, and it can help with a variety of other fertility problems. It also helps with estrogen.
  • Silymarin. This is a herb that helps out the liver in doing its job. It helps to remove impurities and toxins from your endocrine system and your ovaries, letting them function at a higher level.
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids. These also work with the endochrine system, and they’re especially useful in helping to balance hormone levels, including estrogen.
  • Complex B Vitamins. B vitamins are important in the production of sex hormones in both men and women, so it’s important for your estrogen levels that you get enough.

You can get many of these supplements on their own, but you’re looking at taking probably 8 to 12 pills a day if you do. It’s almost impossible to make certain that you’re getting them in your foods, although moving to a balanced diet and eating organic is a good start.
