Every woman who has tried to get pregnant without success wants a surefire way of what they should do and shouldn’t do in order to increase their chances of fertilization and implantation. Assuming you are one of these women you may find the following tips helpful if you are trying to improve your chances of implantation. There are no statistics that say these tips will help x number of women with implantation, but they certainly won’t hurt your odds so it’s worth giving them a shot.

Position

After sex you may want to remain lying down for a while. This will help you with conception in the sense that it gives the sperm a little extra help to reach the egg. By helping the sperm reach the egg then you are assisting in the fertilization process. Once the egg is fertilized then it is more likely to implant on its own. You can’t remain lying down for hours or days, but helping the sperm along is enough.

No Stress

The best thing to do to assist in implantation is to avoid stress. Nobody’s boy functions properly with high levels of stress and the last thing you want to do is put your pregnancy in jeopardy because you are overly stressed. So, find ways to relax including going for long walks, watching movies, or even having a massage. Stay stress free and this will help your body do its best to implant the fertilized egg.

No Smoking

If you are a smoker and are trying to get pregnant, stop! Smoking reduces your chances of becoming pregnant and carrying that pregnancy to term. Not to mention, it puts your child at risk for all kinds of illnesses and diseases.

No Exertion

Finally, take it easy! If you have done the deed on your most fertile days, reclined and helped the sperm reach the egg, then all you need to do is take it easy. Sit back and relax a few days and let nature take its course. There are no guarantees, but it certainly won’t hurt and it very well might help.
