I Have Egg White Cervical Mucus, Now What?

One of our readers wrote in asking about when she should have
sex after seeing the egg white cervical mucus.

Egg white consistency cervical mucus is an indication that
you are getting close to ovulation. How long you experience
egg white cervical mucus depends on a couple of factors, two
of which are your age and the hormonal balance in your body.
Women in their 20s usually have about 5 days worth, but as
you age, it can be as little as 1 or 2 days. Your peak
fertility day is usually the last day of egg white cervical
mucus. Keep in mind, though, sperm can last up to 5 days
after ejaculation so if you start having sex when you first
see the egg white consistency, chances are, the sperm will
still be ready and waiting for when your egg is released
into your fallopian tube at ovulation.

If you haven’t been paying attention to your cervical mucus
as a fertility indicator, it may be advantageous for you to
start. You can download a chart to record your cervical
mucus on a month to month basis.

If you find that you are not seeing any or very much egg white
cervical mucus, it could mean that your hormonal balance is off.
The egg white cervical mucus is extremely important to the sperm.
It helps protect it as well as helping it move easily to the
fallopian tubes.

We sell a supplement, FertileCM, can help you with this issue.

- Naturally and safely support the production of cervical fluids.
- Increase female arousal and sexual stimulation.
- Increase hydration of the mucin (liquidity of mucus).
- Promote mucus alkalinity and mucosal thinning.
- Support a healthy uterine lining for implantation of the embryo.

If you would rather not take a supplement, you can use a lubricant
that will help the sperm get to where it needs to be as well as
making intercourse more enjoyable.

We recommend Pre-Seed as it is the only Sperm Friendly lubricant
on currently on the market.
