How Soon After Conception Can I Take A Pregnancy Test?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

Taking a pregnancy test too soon after conception can, obviously, lead
to inaccurate results. The most accurate results for a pregnancy test
will not occur until after your period is due. Every pregnancy test
that is on the market today are most likely to give you the most
accurate results after this time. Still, if you have been working at
conception for a while, it can be difficult to wait those extra days.

How Can Green Tea Help Increase Fertility?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

One of the primary benefits of Green Tea in regard to fertility is not
in what it contains, but rather in what it does not contain. Green
tea has a much smaller amount of caffeine than regular tea, or even
coffee. Caffeine has been shown, in some cases, to negatively impact
fertility. So, drinking green tea is a viable alternative to coffee
and some other teas.

Some research suggests that two of the main ingredients in green tea,
hypoxanthine and polyphenols, may lead to a higher percentage of
viable embryos. Other research has suggested that these compounds
help increase the maturing of eggs, and may even make the eggs more
fertile. In addition, polyphenols serve as antioxidants, which help
protect your body from various diseases and other conditions.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Treatment
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common causes of
infertility in women. Now researchers are learning that it also has
far-reaching effects on a woman’s overall health. This hormonal
disorder affects about 6 percent of premenopausal women, and its
repercussions probably echo throughout life. During the reproductive
years, the most common symptom of PCOS is irregular or infrequent
menstrual periods. Other signs include prominent facial or body hair,
severe acne, thinning hair on the head, and obesity. The disease gets
its name from the many small cysts that build up inside the ovaries.

Many therapies target specific symptoms of PCOS, but may not address
the underlying cause.

How Does a Short Menstrual Cycle Affect Me Getting Pregnant?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

The average menstrual cycle lasts 28 days. While there are many women
whose cycle does last exactly 28 days, there are many women whose
cycle can be shorter, longer, or irregular. Having a shorter
menstrual cycle can, in some ways, affect your chances of getting
pregnant.
