Apologies and Resolution
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

The holiday season always seems to make time fly away.  Unfortunately,
the newsletter seems to have fallen by the way side.  I am sorry that
too much time has passed since the last one.  My original goal was to
send a newletter once a week, but, unfortunately, that goal
wasn't, isn't, realistic with my current work load.
My resolution for 2007 is to try my hardest to publish this
newsletter once every two weeks for my wonderful readers.  :-)
My sincerest hope is that everyone here who is trying to conceive
achieves this goal in 2007.

Best Wishes for a Happy and Prosperous 2007!
Vickie

What Is The Best Age for Getting Pregnant?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

Age does play an important role in getting pregnant.
Whether you are fit for your age, and whether or not you
look like your age, your body indeed knows exactly how old
you are.  Your reproductive system knows it, too.

Why Are We Having Difficulties Getting Pregnant with Another Baby?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

It is not that all uncommon for couples who have already had
a child to have difficulties getting pregnant with another
baby.  For many people, however, having these difficulties
takes them very much by surprise.  When you have
difficulties getting pregnant with another baby after having
already had a baby, it is known as "secondary infertility."

What Other Methods Can I Use To Track Ovulation In Addition To
Ovulation Test Strips?
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

When trying to conceive it is very important to know when
you are about to ovulate. Having intercourse just prior to
ovulation and on the day of ovulation will dramatically
increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Of course, there
are test strips that check a woman's urine for a hormone
surge to let a woman know when ovulation is about to occur.
There are several natural methods of checking for ovulation
as well that can be just as accurate if you know what you
are looking for. These include basal body temperature,
cervical mucus, and cervical position.

Basal Thermometers - Tips for Use
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~

A basal thermometer is an ultra sensitive thermometer that
tracks your body's minutest temperature shift. A basal body
temperature (BBT) thermometer is often used by women to
chart their basal body temperature chart and hence predict
their fertile period or ovulation. There are various kinds
of BBT thermometers available but a digital basal
thermometer is your best bet. Most basal thermometers come
with a blank basal body temperature chart that you can use.
You can also download a our free basal body temperature
chart to use.
