Testing for ovulation can be confusing and quite stressful
for many women. That is because finding out when ovulation
occurs is of utmost importance and when things don't go as
planned it can be very frustrating. One thing that can be
quite confusing is if when testing the ovulation test

For couples who are trying to become pregnant and keeping up
with when ovulation ovulation is occurring, it is important
to know when to time intercourse after the ovulation test is
positive. This is really critical because you will have a
better chance of becoming pregnant within five days of
ovulation. Engaging in intercourse the day after ovulation
will not be successful so it is really important to know
before you ovulate so you can have intercourse and increase
your chances of becoming pregnant.

If you are trying to become pregnant and are going to test
for ovulation to help you then you more than likely have a
lot of questions. Don't worry, lots of women have lots of
questions about ovulation testing, how to do it, when to do
it, and even if they are doing it right. The best thing to
do is relax and just follow the directions. The less
stressed you are the more likely you will become pregnant.
Now, you may be wondering how often to take
the ovulation test strip. This really depends on the
ovulation test kit you are using, but most of them really
are about the same.

How Long After a Positive Ovulation Test Can I Take a Pregnancy Test?

Once you have a positive ovulation test you will need to
have intercourse several times over the following days to
maximize conception. At this point you may be very tempted
to take a pregnancy test to see if the sperm fertilized the
egg or not. In fact, for couples who have been trying to
become pregnant it can seem like shear agony waiting until
their period should begin to test for pregnancy. This
waiting is commonly referred to as the "Two Week Wait" on
the trying to conceive communities online. However, this is
still the most accurate way to determine if you are pregnant
or not. There are some pregnancy tests on the market that
guarantee accurate results as early as four days before your
period should begin.
