Infertility Causes – Unexplained Infertility Problems
There are so many different things that can interfere with your fertility. From medical conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) to your partner’s preference for tighty-whities, the fact of the matter is that infertility problems are very common.
The good news, of course, is that many fertility problems are easily identified and treated. Some fertility problems can be identified, but are much harder to treat.
Then, there is that other category of fertility problems. The ones that are unexplained. This is probably the most frustrating situation to be in, because unexplained fertility problems are much more difficult to address.
Still, you need to recognize something. A large number of couples who are trying to get pregnant and have infertility problems may never know what’s causing those problems. Sometimes, all of the test are normal, yet you still just can’t conceive.
So, what should you do? Well, for starters, you need to not lose hope. There is always the chance that things will change.
However, you need to do more than just hope. You also need to take action. Make lifestyle changes that are more conducive to conception, such as stopping smoking or avoiding hot tubs for men. Get regular exercise, but not to excess as that may also contribute to infertility problems.
You can also try herbal and natural supplements to help with fertility. Most of these supplements aren’t proven to work, per se, but many women have experienced success using these either along with fertility treatments or even on their own.
Finally, there is always assisted reproduction. You can consider reproduction procedures such as IUI, or even IVF.
Ultimately, when you can’t identify what’s interfering with your fertility, you can become very frustrated. However, by trying some of these things you may find that, even if you don’t know what cause your fertility problems, you may be able to overcome them.
